Store Policies

Payment options: By submitting payment, you are accepting our store policies and terms of delivery. Payment options are by:

*Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover: We accept all major credit cards through our secure server.

*Paypal: Pay easily through paypal with your credit card or paypal funded account. It's not necessary to have a paypal account either!

*Checks/Money Order/Cashiers Checks: You are more than welcome to pay by this method. Payment must be received within 5 days of placing the order and checks will be held until cleared (usually 5 business days) before shipping order. Please email us at info@fullcirclebaby.com for our mailing address for check payments.

Shipping:

We ship within the United States, APO/FPO addresses and US Territories via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or occassionally UPS/FedEx for heavier packages. Please note these charges reflect what the USPS charges us for flate rate shipping and that we do not believe in marking up shipping costs!!!!! Shipping charges are calculated as follows based on our experiences with the USPS and USPS shiiping prices can be found by clicking HERE:

55.01 - 74.99 = 14.95
75.00 - UP = FREE

*No International shipping - only USA/APO addresses.

Returns:

Returns will be accepted minus shipping fees. There will be a 10% restocking fee, which will be waived if product is exchanged for new purchase. All diapers and other personal products must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging. Thank you for your support!

Special Orders: We try very hard to keep our inventory current but occassionally we know that you will need a different size or color that we don't regularly keep in stock. We are happy to special order these items for you - just email us at info@fullcirclebaby.com with the item, size and color you are looking for! See "returns" for details on returning special order items. Most special orders take a week to 2 weeks to get to you and are not included in any promotional offers. Special ordered items can not be returned without prior approval from us and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Defective items:

Most manufacturers offer warranties on their items that we carry in our store. If for some reason, you have a defective product, please contact us via email and explain the situation. We will work with you to fix the problem immediately.

Security and Privacy:

The security of our transactions and your privacy is most important to us. Therefore, we will never sell or distribute your name or other information to a 3rd party and this information is only used for Full Circle Baby purposes. Your credit card transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted server therefore we never see your credit card number through online sales.
