Store Policies

Payment options: By submitting payment, you are accepting our store policies and terms of delivery. Payment options are by:

Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover: We accept all major credit cards through our secure server.
Paypal: Pay easily through paypal with your credit card or paypal funded account. It's not necessary to have a paypal account either!
Checks/Money Order/Cashiers Checks: You are more than welcome to pay by this method. Checks will be held until cleared (usually 5 business days) before shipping order. Please email us at info@fullcirclebaby.com for our mailing address for check payments.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or occassionally UPS/FedEx for heavier packages. Free shipping option may be shipped via USPS First Class mail.

Shipping charges are calculated as follows for USA:

$ .01 - $ 34.00 = 4.60
34.01 - 55.00 = 6.55
55.01 - 75.00 = 8.95
75.01 - up = FREE

International orders, please email me with your shipping address to determine a shipping fee prior to check out. Int'l orders ship via USPS Global Priority, US First Class or Express mail. The customer is responsible for any customs fees charged by their country.

Returns:

We will gladly accept any new item returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or full refund (less shipping charges and shipping that qualified for free shipping). Returns/cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please inspect your items before using or washing. Opened packages, washed or used items can not be returned. Items of personal nature (ie: soaps, diaper creams and herbals) can not be returned.

Special Orders: We try very hard to keep our inventory current but occassionally we know that you will need a different size or color that we don't regularly keep in stock. We are happy to special order these items for you - just email us at info@fullcirclebaby.com with the item, size and color you are looking for! See "returns" for details on returning special order items. Most special orders take a week to 2 weeks to get to you and are not included in any promotional offers. Special ordered items can not be returned without prior approval from us and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
